Orders are delivered within 1 - 4 business days from order placement, depending on the availability of products in stock or from suppliers. For orders with delivery in Bucharest, there are cases where delivery will be made on the same day as the order.

Following the placement of your order, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as possible.

We ensure proper packaging and delivery of the ordered products from the shop.tryamm.ro website, in the best transport and storage conditions, to any locality in Romania. Please check the integrity of the packaging and do not accept products with damaged packaging or draw up a report with the courier company representative.

Orders with delivery in Bucharest

Delivery is free for orders with a value of over 170 lei.

For orders with a value of less than 170 lei, a transport fee of 18 lei is charged.

Orders with delivery in other localities in Romania (without additional km fees)

Delivery is free for orders with a value of over 170 lei, in the localities in Romania covered by the courier companies with which we operate deliveries.

For orders with a value of less than 170 lei, a transport fee of 18 lei is charged.

Orders with delivery in other localities in Romania (with additional km fees)

Dear customer, an additional transport fee of 20 lei may be applied for the localities in Romania not covered by the list of coverage of the courier companies with which we operate deliveries. If the additional km fee applies but you were not informed at the time of order completion, you will be contacted by phone or email as soon as possible.

Transport - Packaging: Unless otherwise agreed by the Seller and Buyer, the Seller discharges the risks and responsibilities associated with the Goods upon delivery to the courier company or to the Buyer's representative.

The Seller ensures proper packaging of the Goods and Services and ensures the transmission of accompanying documents. The Seller will deliver the Goods within Romania.

The risk of loss of the goods is transferred to the buyer upon actual delivery of the goods.

Acceptance of goods

Upon presentation of the package by the courier company, please sign for receipt and pay the corresponding amount (cash or card). Subsequently, you can unseal the package and check the product.

The Consumer (individual) has the right to return the products within 14 days of purchase, according to the general return conditions available here.

Property transfer

In the case of payment by bank transfer or card, the buyer will take ownership of the goods after payment confirmation.

In the case of delivery of goods by courier, with cash on delivery payment, the buyer will take ownership of the goods and will have the right to open the package after signing the transport document and making the payment.

Useful information about delivery

Orders placed before 12:00 PM may be processed on the same business day.

Our goal is for the products to reach you as soon as possible after placing the order. The central warehouse is located in Bucharest, but in order to reach you within 24 hours of stock confirmation, depending on your location, we sometimes send directly from warehouses in Constanta, Iasi, Ploiesti, Cluj-Napoca, Brasov, or Lugoj.

The delivery time (1 - working days) will be respected, but there may be errors in the courier company's depots. Our operators carefully monitor the delivery status, and you will be informed by phone or email if the scheduled delivery date is not met.
