Return Policy

According to current legislation, you have the right to return products ordered from the shop.tryamm.ro store within 14 calendar days if the products in question were ordered by you as a natural person.

Important: All expenses related to the return will be borne by you, and the reimbursement of the product(s) will be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification. The reimbursement will be made only to the bank account specified by you.

At shop.tryamm.ro, you can return any product within the aforementioned period if it meets the following conditions:

If the product has been used, it can be returned if it is not damaged;
If the product is perishable (e.g., food, vitamins, delicacies), the product will be returned only if the packaging has not been opened;
Along with the product, all accompanying documents will be returned as they were sent by shop.tryamm.ro.
To return the products:
You can notify us by phone at +40 21.327.73.87 or by email at office@tryamm.ro, specifying the order number for which you want to make the return.

Product not conforming to the specifications on the website: If the ordered product turns out not to conform to the specifications in our offer, the customer can request its return for replacement or full reimbursement. If replacement with a higher value product is agreed upon, the customer will pay the difference, and if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. The return and transportation costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by Tryamm Trading Consulting SRL.

Products delivered incorrectly: Delivery of products other than those requested must be reported immediately, and the customer will refuse reception. If the merchandise has already been received at the time of reporting the non-conforming product(s), the buyer may request its return for replacement, and if the product is no longer in stock, they may opt for replacement or full reimbursement. If replacement with a higher value product is agreed upon, the customer will pay the difference, and if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. The return and transportation costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by Tryamm Trading Consulting SRL.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.

These provisions apply according to Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014, in the case of purchasing products from this site using distance communication techniques.

At the time of placing an online order, the customer declares that they have read and fully agree to the above.
